MYMP - The Acoustic Collection

M.Y.M.P. (or MYMP, short for Make Your Mama Proud) is an acoustic band act from the Philippines, which consists of five members. Their career started when Raymond Ryan, a station manager of iFm watched one of their gigs, and met up with a producer to produce their 2003 debut album, Soulful Acoustic, which has since been certified Platinum.

In 2005, M.Y.M.P. released their second album titled Beyond Acoustic and third album Versions through Ivory Music. The success of the two albums prompted the re-release of their second and third albums in a 2-disc set the same year. In 2006, they released their fourth album, New Horizon, and DVD of their concert in the Music Museum. In 2008, M.Y.M.P. released their last album on Ivory Music, titled Now, as the group signed a deal with Star Records.

KRISSY & ERICKA

MCA Music's pop acoustic sister-duo Krissy & Ericka have released their album not just in the Philippines, but in other parts of Asia as well.

Branching out from their Youtube channel, these teen sensations are starting to make a name for themselves. Known by their real names online and offline, siblings Regine Kristine a.k.a. Krissy (16) and Ericka Renee Villongco (17) started out around two years ago on YouTube. Offering a fresh mix of covers and originals, these songwriter-guitarists describe their genre as "glam countrified pop."

MCA Music Inc., and its mother company the Universal Music Group, released the self-titled album of the pop-duo in two Asian countries, namely Thailand and Indonesia.

In the Philippines, we only have a handful of OPM artists who have penetrated the Asian market. Krissy & Ericka are blessed to be included in this category. They are known for their mixed country pop styling and when they speak in English, foreigners often ask them which country they hail from. They always answer with a smile, "We are sisters from the Philippines!"

Young as they are, Krissy & Ericka have already been seen in various shows and have performed alongside singers such as Richard Poon and Sam Milby.

Krissy & Ericka's debut album features their current single "Runaway," as well as other tracks such as "Game of Love," "Baby Now that I Found You," and the M2M Hit "Don't Say You Love Me!" These girls have also composed originals such as "He'd Look My Way," "Hope for Humanity," "Surf's Up," "Sisters" and their carrier single "Up Up Down Down."

OLIVIA ONG - Voice of Olivia

Olivia Ong (simplified Chinese: 王俪婷; traditional Chinese: 王儷婷; pinyin: Wáng Lìtíng; born 2 October 1985) is a Singaporean singer. She sings mostly in English but developed her career singing in English and Japanese. In addition, she has released rare tracks, recorded in Mandarin, which can be found on limited edition albums.

Likened to Seiko Matsuda, she won a singing contest and was signed to a Japanese recording company S2S Pte Ltd at the age of 15.

After taking her O-level examinations in Singapore, Ong moved to Japan to further her studies as well as her career as a solo artist. In Singapore, Ong, along with 2 other Singaporean girls formed the Japanese pop (J-pop) group, Mirai. Their first single, "Open Up Your Mind", was one of the theme songs in the Japanese anime Gensoumaden Saiyuki.

Clémentine - Animentine BOSSA DU ANIME

Clémentine is the daughter of a famous French pilot and war hero Alex Dumat, who raised her alone with her brother Petit Boy. After she lost the use of her legs in an airplane accident, she travels the world with her family to find a cure that will allow her to walk again. Meanwhile, in her nightly dreams, she can walk and her cat Hélice (French for "propeller") can talk and fly with the help of a helicopter-like apparatus on its head. Clementine leads a battle against the demon Malmoth, with the guidance of her guardian angel Héméra, travelling in a magical blue sphere. Occasionally, in these travels through fantasy and time, she meets famous fictional characters such as Pinocchio, Aladdin and Oliver Twist. She also frequently meets historic characters, especially aviation pioneers such asCharles Lindbergh, and Kateri Tekakwitha.

The series creator, Bruno-René Huchez, based the main plot on his own personal childhood memories. When he was young, he fell very sick and was confined to a bed, and his mother used to tell him all sort of fairy tales to cheer him up. Those events, decades later, would become the basis of the show's main plot.
